- Payroll was tracked manually, with no consistent handling of provident fund contributions or Bangladesh-specific leave accrual rules.
- Solution
- Rolled out HRM SaaS with an automated payroll engine covering PF contributions, BD Labour Act accrual, and a Friday–Saturday weekend calendar.
- Result
- Payroll runs are now automated end-to-end, with contributions posting correctly every cycle.
Cutting Outage Response Time for a Growing ISP
- Problem
- NOC staff diagnosed outages by manually checking OLTs one at a time, with no single view of which routers, OLTs, or last-mile links were actually down.
- Solution
- Deployed ISP Map: live OLT and Mikrotik PPP polling, a correlation engine to distinguish router-level faults from last-mile faults, and an alerting layer for mass outages.
- Result
- Outage identification moved from manual, per-device checks to a live map with automatic fault correlation across the network.
